Richard K. Abraham is an experienced Estate Planning and Elder Law attorney. He has more than three decades of dedicated service in the Maryland legal community. Known for his distinguished career and expertise, he has earned a reputation for providing sound legal guidance to his clients. Mr. Abraham is admitted to practice in Maryland’s state courts.
The firm maintains an office in Sparks, Baltimore County in order to provide services to their broad range of clients.
The Sparks, MD office of the firm concentrates its practice in Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Medicaid, Guardianship, Asset Preservation, Fiduciary Representation and Business/Succession Planning.
A Maryland native, Mr. Abraham pursued his undergraduate degree at Ohio Wesleyan University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. During his time at Capital, he was elected President of the law school’s student body and served on the University’s Board of Regents. His leadership and outstanding service were recognized with the esteemed Dean’s Award.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Abraham remains deeply committed to serving the needs of his clients and the aging population. He is actively involved in several organizations that foster those goals. These include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Geriatric Assistance Information Network of Harford County (GAIN), Life Planning Resources (LPR) which he co-founded, he is a former President and Board member of the Maryland Senior Resource Network (MSRN) and is a member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council.
