Mr. Abraham is an experienced Estate Planning & Elder Law attorney.
Mr. Abraham has been a member of the local legal community for more than 20 years becoming a recognized attorney for his distinguished career and accomplishments. He is admitted to practice law before the state and federal courts of Maryland.
The firm maintains an office in Sparks, Baltimore County in order to provide services to their broad range of clients.
The Sparks, MD office of the firm concentrates its practice in Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Medicaid, Guardianship, Asset Preservation, Fiduciary Representation and Business/Succession Planning.
He has established practice concentrations in all aspects of estate planning, estate and trust law, elder law, and maintains a thriving fiduciary practice where he serves as a fiduciary or represents that person. This annually includes a large number of guardianship, trust, power of attorney, and estate cases.
He can draft simple to complex estate planning documents, develop plans to preserve assets, provide fiduciary representation and handle Medical Assistance plans, applications, and appeals.
Mr. Abraham grew up in Maryland before moving to Ohio to attend Ohio Wesleyan University. After working for a year, he matriculated at Capital University Law School where he was awarded a Juris Doctor degree in 1983. Mr. Abraham was selected President of the law school student body during his third year at Capital. He also served on the University’s Board of Regents and was awarded the prestigious Dean’s Award.

He is a frequent lecturer who has presented seminars in continuing education format to other attorneys, on a monthly basis to the employees of Baltimore City, at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins University, Northrop Grumman, McCormick Spice, St. Joseph’s Hospital, the retirees of Bethlehem Steel, the employees of the FDEA, and others.
